Need Immunizations?
Belpre City Health Department Immunization Clinic located in the Belpre City Building at 715 Park Drive, Belpre, Ohio. The clinic is open every Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
There are new requirements for children entering Kindergarten and the 7th grade. Anyone can attend this clinic, regardless of what city or state you reside in. There is a $10.00 fee for each shot or the Ohio Medical Card is accepted. No one will be turned away due to inability to pay. Please bring your child's immunization record.
