Tech support information for families during the shutdown

This page is for any questions that you may have about technology during our shutdown due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic. We will update this page with any information that you may need for students to utilize Chromebooks that were picked up at the school or other issues with technology during this time.

Getting assistance with a Chromebook

Are you one of our families that is particapating in virtual learning and has a Belpre City Schools Chromebook? If you are having issues and you have submitted a ticket about an issue. Some issues require in-person repair. A technician will contact you via our helpdesk to help troubleshoot your issue. If there is an issue that can't be resolved remotely, we will ask that you use the application below to schedule a time to bring the Chromebook to the board office to be looked at.
