Are you planning to enroll a child in Belpre City Schools?

Step 1: Gather the required paperwork:

     a) Registration Form - Download the form located below ahead of time or obtain a form at           the Stone Administration Building upon registration,

     b) An Original Birth Certificate or Certified copy

 c) Immunization Records

     d) A Proof of Residency such as a Utility bill, Voter registration, Lease

          agreement, Mortgage document, etc.

     e) Enrolling parent Driver's license or State ID

     f) Proof of custody (any and all court documents pertaining to your child's custody)

     g) A copy of IEP/ETR from the previous school (helpful)

     h) Grades 7-12 will need a copy of their last report card or transcripts (helpful)

Step 2: Go to the Stone Administration Building at 2014 Rockland Avenue to enroll all students into the Belpre City School District.

Step 3: After you have successfully enrolled your child/children at the Stone Administration Building, an appointment will be made for you to complete the process at the designated school.  To ensure that your student can start as soon as possible, please come before noon.
