Dear Students, Staff, and Community Members,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that our high school gymnasium and locker room facilities will be undergoing renovation throughout the month of July. As a result, these areas will be closed to all students, staff, and the public during this period.
This renovation is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance and improve our school facilities for the benefit of our students and everyone in our community. While we understand the inconvenience this may cause, we kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding during this time.
Please note the following important points:
Closure Dates: The gym and locker room will be closed from 7/1/2024 to 7/31/24 for renovation work.
Access Restriction: Access to the gymnasium and locker room areas will be strictly prohibited to ensure safety and allow uninterrupted construction progress.
Alternative Arrangements: During this period, our elementary school gym will be available to school and community organizations that need to use our facilities. Please contact Belpre City Schools Athletic Director, Jason Varner, to arrange for access and scheduling.
