Columbus BlueJackets are hosting a winter training session in Athens. The sessions are open to children ages 5-10 and is eight weeks long. Hockey equipment is included with the $135 registration fee. The sessions begin January 9th.
It was great to see our pottery group at the OSBA Capital Conference, at the Student Achievement Fair! These students represented Belpre well while showcasing their talents with educational leaders from
across Ohio! Many thanks to Mr. Stevens for preparing and supporting the students during the event.
Our 3-6th Grade Choir will be singing this Friday night at 6:00 for the Lighting of the Christmas Tree at Civitan Park!

Class of 2023 students and families - grads should have received a text message from Belpre City Schools requesting their help in filling out a survey. Ohio requires schools to collect post-graduate info each fall. If you/your grad attended the Career Center, you will get a survey from them rather than BCS! We appreciate your help in completing the survey!
Kindergarten wrapped up October by visiting Butcher Family Farm! Thank you to all the parents that make our field trips safe and successful by volunteering.

A huge congratulations to our very own Pride of Belpre Marching Band who earned a Superior rating (highest possible) at today's OMEA State Marching Band Finals. The band earned straight Superior ratings in Music, General Effect, Visual, Percussion, and Auxiliary. Their hours of hard work and commitment have paid off and we are so proud of the entire group. What a way to end a stellar season!
Want to congratulate Blake Rodgers on a tremendous finish to cap off a stellar cross country career at BHS! Blake battled through injury all year to be able to make it back for the district meet. He qualified in districts and again in regionals(which is even more difficult than normal, when you've been out of action for months). Really proud of Blake finishing his career as a 3 time state tournament qualifier and 2 time All-Ohio! Really proud of you Blake, and looking forward to watching you run at Wright State!
